
WELCOME TO YOUR NEW PROPERTY
Welcome to your new property, your house for the following months or years, why not?
As a new or existing tenant, you share the responsibilities of caring for the home. The owner, the landlord, and the tenant must all play an active part in making sure the home stays in great condition.
Below is a list of some of your obligations to help prevent any future misunderstandings.

Security Deposit
You paid a security deposit as a surety that the property will be maintained as per the lease agreement you signed. If you do not fulfill your lease obligations your security deposit will be used to reimburse the owner for their loss. If your deposit does not cover the costs, you will be billed for the balance.

Carpet cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit upon move-out if applicable.

Payments

All rentals should be paid 100% upon arrival.

Holland Properties Mexico requires 50% in advance and a credit card to save the property you are requesting. Please make sure you send your receipt to hollandpropmx@gmail.com to register your booking.
Arriving at your property
One of our team members will be with you upon your arrival. We want to give you a warm welcome and of course, go over the last details.
This is the moment to hand off keys to your new property and walk you through little things like, where to leave the trash, the days that bottled water comes or where you can walk your dog, etc…
Inconveniences?
Once you arrive at your property you have 24 hrs to send any inconvenience. Please contact us to hollandpropmx@gmail.com Attach your pictures and describe the situation in as much detail as possible.
Our team will review your request and will give you a response within the next 48 business hours.
Inspections
Holland Properties has an agreement with the owner of the property to do periodic inspections. We will notify you 48- 72 hrs before our visit if the property you are staying at is required to have inspections. You are welcome to be there, but due to the number of inspections, it is not possible to schedule a specific time. If you have changed the locks and we are unable to access the unit, you can be assessed a non-compliance fee. Any dogs must be secured to allow safe access.
