1.Should I turn off my utilities when I move out?
Leave your utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and sewer on so the property can be heated and shown but turn off auto pay. We will work with the utility companies to add ourselves to be able to pay them on your behalf and then once a tenant moves in we will make sure the new tenant transfers the utilities to their name.
Cable TV, internet, alarm systems, and any other optional services may be turned off and if the tenant wants them they can make arrangements to have them turned on.
2.How often do we inspect your property?
We perform the first inspection approximately 3 months after new tenants move in and follow up again 5 months later. If the first 2 inspections were “good” to “excellent” we will begin annual inspections. If any issues were found during either of the first 2 inspections, the inspection schedule is compressed until the problems have been resolved. “Drive-by” inspections occur more often. We also speak with our repair contractors to ask about general conditions, and if repairs have been required.
3.Do you allow pets at your properties?
Each property has its owndescription. Sometimes owners agree with allowing pets and sometimes they don't. Please go to our property description and find out.
4.Will someone be at the property upon my arrival?
Yes. At Holland Properties Mexico we take care of all of our clients at all times. You will be sent an email with all the needed information, please keep an eye on your Inbox.
